Mekatronik Yazılım was founded in the TÜBİTAK Technopark. Its work includes ERP, CRM, e-business, and DMS products, and software for automotive, textile, pharmacy, cosmetics, retail, and e-commerce.

OTOSoft supplied dealer-network software to the Doğuş, Sabancı, and Çukurova groups for Seat, Skoda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Temsa, Komatsu, Case, Sumitomo, SsangYong, DFM, and GAZ. The software was exported to the Netherlands, France, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and North Macedonia. At Mekatronik he developed ERP, MRP, CRM, DMS, B2B, B2C, and business-intelligence solutions.
